If the Little Owl isn't right for your family, contact us at hello@tinyhush.com within 30 nights of delivery and we'll give you a full refund of the product price.

Your legal rights

You can cancel your order for any reason within 14 days of receiving it. Tell us at hello@tinyhush.com, return the item within a further 14 days, and we'll refund you within 14 days of receiving it back (or of you showing proof you've sent it). Return postage is paid by you unless the item is faulty.

If your Little Owl is faulty or not as described, you're entitled to a refund, repair or replacement under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. For faulty items we'll cover any return postage, and in most cases we'll refund or replace without needing the item back.

How to return

Returns are easy with InPost. Email hello@tinyhush.com with your order number and we'll send you a return code. Drop your parcel at any InPost locker or shop, 24/7, with no printer needed.
